Idaho court takes tribal ballot case

The Idaho Supreme Court will decide on the legality of a tribal gaming initiative.

The Nez Perce Tribe and Coeur d'Alene Tribe want state voters to decide if Class III gaming should be allowed. A coalition of state lawmakers, anti-casino groups, clergy and local officials believes the ballot is illegal.
