N.Y. state park draws complaints

A group calling itself the Muhheconnew National Confederacy is protesting the opening of a new state park in New York.

The group said Gov. George Pataki (R) did not consult with Mohican descendants. The confederacy wants to reclaim the land in question.

The group's members are not federally recognized.
