Judge won't let 'chief' open casino

A woman who claims to be chief of an Alaska tribe can't keep a casino in New York open for now, a judge has ruled.

The Kitoi Tribe is not federally recognized but Faith Braswell and her partners claim the status is irrelevant. Police and a judge disagree and have shuttered the casino.
