The Miccosukee Tribe of Florida is questioning a $7.8 billion plan to restore their homeland, the Everglades.

The tribe says the plan doesn't ensure the water in the Everglades will be clean. Other critics agree.

The tribe has engaged in litigation over the years to force cleanup of the water and won a recent case in February.
