Jury convicts for reservation death

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 2002 A federal jury on Tuesday convicted a Montana man for a death on the Crow Reservation. Harvey A. Hugs, 39, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. He was cited for an April 2001 car accident that left Theron Old Elk dead. Hugs faces up to six years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Get the Story:
