THURSDAY, JUNE 27, 2002 A Florida man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to stealing money from the Miccosukee Tribe. Marvin Cigel and another man were indicted in a kickback scheme that involved a tribal official. Some $20,000 in the tribe's money was involved. Get the Story:
