USDA wants Indian themes cut from 4H

The Department of Agriculture in a recent report recommended a 4H program eliminate its use of Indian themes and symbols.

The March report came after a review of the West Virginia 4H chapter, which is affiliated with the West Virginia University. The program receives $4.5 million in federal funds.
