Bush signs tribal college policy

MONDAY, JULY 8, 2002 President Bush signed an executive order last Wednesday to support tribal colleges. Bush also created a 14-member advisory commission to encourage private and public contributions to the 32 tribal colleges and universities in the U.S. The policy is part of the No Child Left Behind Act.
