Feds: BIA IHS fraud case to expand

A fraud case involving Bureau of Bureau of Indian Affairs and Indian Health Service employees in Montana is expected to expand to other locales, The Billings Gazette reports today.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Carl Rostad told the paper that indictments would be brought in other jurisdictions. The Montana employees allegedly worked with a Colorado, North Dakota and Wyoming firms to commit fraud and accept paybacks.
