Trial starts on sale of skull

Opening arguments and testimony were heard on Monday in a case over the sale of a Native American skull.

Ugo G. DeLuca, an antiques dealer, is accused of marketing the skull as pre-Columbian. He wanted to sell it for $265.

Dating put the skull at 1150 A.D.
