An Oneida Nation official faces second-degree harassment charges in a New York court.

Clint Hill, a member of the Oneida Indian Nation Men's Council, is accused of harassing Diane Shenandoah and her mother Maisie Shenandoah. The Shenandoahs have challenged Oneida Nation representative Ray Halbritter and his policies.
