Pequot Tribe mum on potential casino

Officials and lobbyists for the Eastern Pequot Tribe of Connecticut are not talking about the prospects for a future casino.

The New London Day talks about the tribe's plans anyway and reports that the lobbyists have been working with state lawmakers on issues like labor, environmental protection and sovereign immunity. State law requires approval by the Legislature for any casino agreement.
