MONDAY, JULY 29, 2002 Seventeen Yankton Sioux students sued a South Dakota school district last week but their claims of being sniffed by drug dogs are being disputed. An attorney for the Wagner School District said the dogs only entered classrooms for grades three and higher. Kindergarten students in the lawsuit said they were afraid of the dogs. The district also says no students were sniffed individually. Wager is located off the reservation. Get the Story:
