White fire-starter apologizes in person

A white woman who started a fire on the Fort Apache Reservation in Arizona has apologized to local residents in person.

Valinda Jo Elliott doesn't appear to have apologized to White Mountain Apache tribal officials and members, however. The tribe plans to bring civil charges for her role in helping start the worst fire in state history.
