TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2002 A teenage member of the Turtle Mountain Ojibwe Tribe of North Dakota has been missing for more than three weeks. Russell Turcotte, 19, went to the Rainbow Gathering in Minnesota and was hitchhiking back home to Montana. His mother, Linda Flynn, who is a member of the Fort Peck Tribes of Montana, wired him money July 13 after he called from the road in North Dakota but he never picked it up. Turcotte's family is asking a Fort Peck medicine man for help. Get the Story:
