Yavapai Nation stresses education culture

The Yavapai Nation of Arizona is putting a major focus on the education and culture of its tribal members.

It wasn't always that way. The tribe was nearly forced into submission by the federal government but stood up for its rights, paving the way for economic success through a casino.

The tribe has revamped its education system, which stresses culture and tribal identity.
