Relapsing fever, a tick-borne disease, has been reported in the Four Corners area of the Navajo Nation.

More than 40 people were treated by the Indian Health Service and a New Mexico hospital, The Farmington Daily-Times reports. They were attending a traditional Navajo ceremony when they apparently contracted the disease.
