Tribal loan largest in Wash. history

A $120 million loan secured by the Tulalip Tribes of Washington is the largest financing package in state history.

The tribes are using the money for a casino and infrastructure development. Of the loan, $72 million will be used to construct a new gaming facility and $48 million will go for a sewer plant, roads, streets and traffic lights.
