BIA accused of violating privacy laws

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is the target of a class action alleging violation of federal privacy laws.

Landowners on the Fort Hall Reservation in Idaho say the BIA released names, addresses and other information to the Idaho Power Company. The company was seeking to renew a rights-of-way for a power line.
