Mont. man admits shooting at BIA car

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2002 A man from the Crow Reservation in Montana pleaded guilty on Tuesday to shooting at a Bureau of Indian Affairs patrol vehicle. Charles Lance, 24, pleaded guilty to assault of a federal officer, possessed a sawed-off rifle and possessed an unregistered firearm. He admitted to shooting a hole in the rear window of a car driven by BIA officer Edward Eastman. Get the Story:
