President Bush should only go to war with Iraq if three conditions are met, said Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell (R-Colo.), the only Native American in the U.S. Senate.

Bush needs United Nations approval, financial support from allies and a commitment from Arab nations to stay out, Campbell told The Denver Post. Campbell also said more public support is needed.

Bush said yesterday he will consult Congress before going to war against Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.
