Catawba tribal elections disputed

A federal judge on Thursday refused to intervene in a dispute over elections for the Catawba Tribe of South Carolina.

Elections are being held tomorrow but the tribe's current leaders say they are illegal. The Bureau of Indian Affairs also says it won't intervene.
