The ex-boyfriend of a Lumbee woman who wants to compete in the Miss America pageant is facing a lawsuit over revealing photos he allegedly took of her.

But the case has been delayed because Tosh Welch lives on the Eastern Cherokee Reservation in North Carolina. Local law enforcement won't serve court papers on the tribe's land.

Rebekah Revels is suing to prevent distribution of the alleged photos.
