FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2002 A member of the Red Lake Nation of Minnesota has been awarded the Minnesota Minority Small Business Person of 2002 by the Small Business Administration. Andy Wells owns Wells Technology, a machine shop with 20 employees. Revenues are more than $1 million. Sales have increased by more than 19 percent annually since 1990. Get the Story:
