The Army has subpoenaed Internet e-mail accounts as part of a probe into the death of a soldier, The Middletown Times Herald-Record reports.

Sgt. Alan Two Crow was reported missing in July but his body was found over the weekend by civilians who searched an area the Army apparently overlooked. The family believes the military wasn't doing enough to find Alan.

The paper says investigators subpoenaed Hotmail e-mail accounts.
