The general council of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma will meet tomorrow to move forward with plans to suspend Jerry Haney as the tribe's principal chief.

A federal judge on Monday ruled that Haney is still the legitimate leader. The council, however, can vote to remove him.

Haney said he has given successor Ken Chambers and his administration 24 hours to leave tribal offices.
