After being voted out of office Saturday, Anita "Grace" Bunner returned to work on Monday as head of the Thloptlocco Tribal Town.

Bunner was voted out amid allegations of financial and professional impropriety. But she claims the election was illegal.

The tribe has 640 members. Its leader is a "mekko" which translates to "king."
