WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2002 The Red Earth Native American Cultural Festival is moving from downtown Oklahoma City to a more "rustic environment" at a local park, an organizer said. The festival is also changing dates. Instead of early June, it will be held during the Memorial Day weekend. Red Earth draws thousands every year for its arts show and pow-wow. Get the Story:
