The Oglala Sioux Tribe is holding another tribal primary tomorrow because the results of the earlier one could not be verified.

Results of the October 1 primary were challenged. But an election board said it couldn't guarantee a recount.

The general election will now be held November 19. The biggest race is for president, pitting incumbent John Yellow Bird Steele against activist Russell Means.
