FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2002

Bullying and harassment among student appear to have contributed to problems in the Yup'ik village of Tununak.

On Wednesday, three students who said they were bullied took guns to school and threatened to shoot students, The Anchorage Daily News reported.

The students were stopped before anyone was harmed. According to the paper, it was unclear whether they had any ammunition.

The incident follows one earlier this year in which a student threatened to kill himself and shoot others.
