BIA won't review $80M tribal loan

Malaysian billionaire Lim Kok Thay is loaning the Seneca Nation of New York $80 million so the tribe can build a casino in Niagara Falls.

The loan carries a whopping 29 percent interest rate. A lawyer for Lim said the venture is high-risk.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs doesn't plan on reviewing the deal, a spokesperson said.
