Wyo. tribe wins major gaming decision

The Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming can operate slot machines and other Class III games, a federal mediator has ruled.

The tribe was opposed by the state of Wyoming for the games. It is planning on building a high-stakes facility under a compact that has to be sent to Secretary of Interior Gale Norton for approval.
