An American soldier stationed overseas was killed over the weekend in Germany, apparently by fellow soldiers.

Pfc. Clint C. Lamebear, 18, resided on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico. According to Stars & Stripes, he was not a Navajo tribal member but was Cheyenne.

Two U.S. soldiers are in U.S. custody but have not been charged with Lamebear's death. Authorities said they robbed Lambear for 40 euros, or about $40.
