Editorial: Swimmer pick a sign of 'arrogance'

The appointment of Ross Swimmer to an Indian trust post is a sign of the Department of Interior's "uncaring arrogance," The Sioux Falls Argus Leader says in an editorial.

Swimmer was picked as Special Trustee for American Indians, a post created by Congress to ensure key reforms are carried out. But because "Native Americans have no faith in him," he is a bad choice, the paper says.
