GRAMMY nominations to be announced

MONDAY, JANUARY 6, 2003 The nominations for the 45th annual GRAMMY awards will be announced from New York City tomorrow. For the third year, the show will include a Best Native American Music Album award. The category is limited to "traditional" artists. Last year, the award went to Primeaux & Mike. The prior year, it went to Tom Bee and Douglas Spotted Eagle, producers for a Gathering of Nations pow-wow release. The show will take be broadcast live on CBS Television on Sunday, February 23, 2003, at 8 p.m. Relevant Links:
