FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2003 The following documents were filed on January 6 by the Department of Interior as an attachment to reform plans for the Individual Indian Money (IIM) trust. The first file is the DOI Interagency procedures handbook for the management of trust funds. It applies to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Office of Special Trustee. The second are copies of decision memoranda regarding the reorganization of the BIA and OST. Included were copies of the December 4 organizational charts that were already posted online last month.
