Shirley takes reins of largest tribe in country

Joe Shirley Jr. was sworn in as the president of the Navajo Nation, the largest tribe in the country, on Tuesday.

Shirley was elected in November with Vice President Frank Dayish Jr. They have promised a more business-friendly tribe and want to improve the economy.

A reported 6,000 attended inaugural festivities in Window Rock, Arizona, the capital of the Navajo Nation.
