Ariz. city gives nod to water settlement

The Tucson city council has approved a water rights settlement with members of the Tohono O'odham Nation of Arizona.

The tribe in 1975 sued to prevent the city from using water. Congress approved a deal in 1982 but some tribal members objected, leaving some issues open for resolution.
