The Environmental Protection Agency on Monday released its second report on trends in environmental factors related to the health and well-being of children in the United States.

The report said minority children are disproportionately affected by diseases like asthma and cancer. Rates for American Indian and Alaska Native children were the lowest among all ethnic and racial groups but the EPA warned that the data was often insufficient.
