Events mark 30th anniversary of Wounded Knee

Members of te Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota are marking the 30-year anniversary of the occupation of Wounded Knee by American Indian Movement activists.

Tomorrow, a spiritual walk from four parts of the Pine Ridge Reservation to Wounded Knee will take place. It will be followed by a community forum and a pow-wow, which continues on Friday

Off the reservation, Indigenous, John Trudell and others will perform at a concert in Rapid City on Friday.
