Two Ojibwe bands in Wisconsin are proposing to build an off-reservation casino in the city of Beloit.

The Bad River and St. Croix bands envision a complex with 3,000 slot machines, 75 blackjack tables, a hotel, theater, convention hall and several restaurants. They want to share $145 million over the first 10 years to the city of Beloit and Rock County, whose board voted to accept the deal.
