Nebraska tribes are making their moves in case state voters approves Class III gaming.

The Santee Sioux Tribe says it will quickly expand its existing facility. The tribe has been targeted by federal prosecutors for allegedly operating illegal Class III games.

With existing casinos in Iowa, the Winnebago Tribe doesn't plan any major expansion on the Nebraska side. A small facility might be opened.

The Ponca Tribe doesn't have a land base but wants to open a Class II facility, not Class III.
