Florida Governor Jeb Bush (R) and his Cabinet are voting tomorrow on whether to seize land owned by the Miccosukee Tribe.

The state wants the land as part of an $8 billion Everglades restoration project being funded by the federal government. The tribe owns two separate parcels of land and says it won't sell.
