Air guard eyes tribal land for training site

THURSDAY, MARCH 13, 2003 The Montana Air National Guard wants to use land owned by the Fort Belknap Tribes as part of a flight training site. The tribes own 5,560 acres, more than 50 percent, of the proposed range. The guard wants to have leases in place with the tribes and other owners by this summer. Get the Story:
