Ariz. tribe's voters pick site for new museum

TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2003 Voters of the Tohono O'odham Nation of Arizona have chosen a site for a $15 million cultural museum. The 30-acre site will be located in the reservation's Baboquivari District. The museum will house hundreds of thousands of artifacts that are currently in the hands of the Arizona State Museum. The tribe will have the items repatriated. Get the Story:
