Mont. school tutors changing student population

Federal funding allows the school districts to provide tutor and support services to Indian students.

Under the Title VII Indian Education Program, School District 2 in Billings, Montana, can fund four tutors. The district has about 1,200 Native American students, many of whom go back and forth to reservations.
