"Everybody" is a winner with a court ruling that allows the Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska to offer certain casino games, The Lincoln Journal Star says in an editorial today.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, in a unanimous March 20 decision, said the tribe's pull-tab games were legal in the state. "The ruling is fair," the paper responds, because it has benefits for the tribe, the state and its citizens.
