Blackfeet tribal court affirms leadership ouster

The Blackfeet Nation tribal court upheld the ouster of former chairman William "Allen" Talks About.

Talks About was voted out by four members of the tribal council. He said it was politically motivated because he was probing the tribe's finances. But a tribal judge said the action was not reviewable by the courts.
