Former tribal jail guard charged with assault

FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2003 A former jail guard for the Puyallup Tribe of Washington pleaded not guilty to sexual assault of a female inmate. State prosecutors allege Joseph A. Digeralomo, 40, a non-Indian, assaulted the inmate last November. He was fired three days after the alleged incident. Get the Story:
