A workshop held at the National Council of the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial discussed protocol for working with tribal governments, The Great Falls Tribune reports.

Indian speakers said outsiders are welcome on the reservation, whether it's for business or other ventures. They encouraged workshop attendees to learn about tribal culture before entering the "Buckskin Curtain." Having a sense of humor and common sense doesn't hurt either, participants were told.
